THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.2713 OF 2006 ORDER:

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order passed by the first respondent in Case No.D5/8933/2003, dated 6.12.2005, confirming the order of the second respondent passed in Case No.Lr.No.A2/127/2001, dated 18-10-2003, which are said to have been passed in favour of the unofficial respondent No.4. 2.

It is stated that the husband of the petitioner owned land in an extent of Ac.3.37 guntas in Sy.No.494/AA2 (ఆ ఆ) of Kandukur Village and Mandal of Ranga Reddy District and that the 4th respondent purchased the said land from the husband of the petitioner by paying sale consideration. The husband of the petitioner having executed the sale deed and also having received sale consideration, has placed the un-official respondent in possession of the subject land and since then, he is in possession and enjoyment of the said land.

The petitioner without challenging the sale transaction has raised the grievance against the revenue proceedings, which are consequential to the sale transaction between the husband of the petitioner and un-official respondent. The petitioner after the demise of her husband is not entitled to raise her objections unless and until the sale transaction is held as null and void.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed. _______________________ T.AMARNATH GOUD, J Date: 23-02-2018.
