This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.l seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C { \ No.1522 of 2O2O on the lile of the V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cybearabad at L.B.Nagar.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by hling the copy of e-Courts proceedings, would submit that the subject matter of C.C.No.1522 ol 2O2O is compromised before the III Additional Junior Civil Judge -cum- III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class. Therefore, he would submit that no further orders are required in this Crimina-l Petition and seeks to dismiss this Crimina-l Petition as infructuous 4.
