ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct respondent No.2 to implement G.O.Ms.No.330, Medical, Health and Family Welfare (K1) Department, dated 11.11.2011, by allotting 60% of the seats under Convenor quota.

At the hearing, Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Dr.N.T.R. University of Health Sciences, submitted that in pursuance of interim direction

granted by this Court on 22.12.2011, respondent No.2 has implemented the above G.O. and the petitioners have been allotted seats in B.Sc. (Nursing) course. In view of the above submission, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
