THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 45681 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in harassing the petitioner and unnecessarily calling him to the police station. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of oral instructions, submits that Crime No.14 of 2017 was registered by the Station House Officer, Vempalle Police Stiation, YSR Kadapa District on 02.02.2017 against the petitioner and investigation is under progress.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
