Sri Thumu Chandrashekar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy against rejection of document for registration affirmed by the appellate authority under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner.
