Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.

Respondent is present in person.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that WVMP No.2762 of 2015 in WPMP No.19768 of 2015 in WP No.15171 of 2015 was dismissed on 28.07.2017 and interim order granted on 22.06.2015 in WPMP No.19768 of 2015 in WP No.15171 of 2015 is made absolute and directed the 2nd respondent in the writ petition to issue posting orders to the petitioner to work in the 1st respondent-Municipal Corporation. He submits that though the 2nd respondent has not issued any posting orders, he has not made as party to the Contempt Case.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court dated 22.06.2015 in WPMP No.19768 of 2015 in WP No.15171 of 2015. However, if the order dated 28.07.2017 is violated, it is open for the petitioner to file fresh contempt.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stands closed.
