The only grievance of the petitioner is that he made application on 15-06-2019 for transfer of electricity service connection in his name in respect of Flat Nos 101, 102, 201 and 202 in the apartment 'Kalyan Residency' constructed on Plot No.1019 admeasuring 300 square yards in Sy.Nos 11/14, 11/15, 11/16, 11/17 and 11/18, Part of Survey No.11 situated at Sri Swamy Ayyappa Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5.

Since it is stated that application of the petitioner is pending before the competent authority, the competent authority is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
