The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the matter is settled out of Court and so the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Revision Petition.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
