HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1039 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court has been complied with vide proceedings dated 09.07.2019 and the petitioner was given appropriate posting at the same office, where the petitioner was working prior to issuance of transfer order dated 17.06.2019.

In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to file an application seeking restoration of the contempt case, if he is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 09.07.2019.
