When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 2nd petitioner, who is the Managing Director of the 1st petitioner, and the 3rd petitioner died and therefore, the revision case may be dismissed as abated. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
