Mr.V.Subbarao, Advocate, representing Sri Kowturu Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the petitioner was removed from service and the cause in this writ petition does not survive. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the removal order, if he is so advised. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
