CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.14009 of 2018 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing respondent No.4 to produce the detenu, by name Sri Gali Neelambram, aged 17 years, before this Court and set him free. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the police have produced the alleged detenu before the jurisdictional Magistrate, who granted bail to him. He has accordingly submitted that in view of the subsequent events, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
