Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent - Municipal Corporation. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, he submitted a representation dated 16-08-2017 to the respondent - municipal corporation, but no action has been taken on the said representation.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - municipal corporation that the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of, directing the respondent-Municipal authorities to take appropriate action on the representation dated 16-08-2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein strictly in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the stakeholders. 5.
