The case of the petitioner is that she made his application on 20-07-2016 for mutation and grant of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of subject lands in the writ petition. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application, dated 20-07-2016, submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
