Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that respondent Nos.10 to 13, contrary to the order of status quo passed in I.A.No.793 of 2017 in O.S.No.1132 of 2016, are making constructions in the subject land.

Admittedly, the said suit is pending consideration before the Court of the VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the violation of the said order, it is open for him to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
