Heard leraned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

Since it is stated that the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the respondents by way of representation dated 09.04.2018, there shall be direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2018 in terms of Judgment in WP.No.26845 of 2017 and batch, dated 30.11.2017 and take action, accordingly, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
