Vide order dated 27.7.2017 the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant was directed to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. Till date no steps have been taken and the ninety days period expired. Hence the petition is dismissed as abated and consequently the appeal is rejected. No costs.
