O R D E R :
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1. A-3 and A-4 under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking to release them on bail in Crime No. 305 of 2016 of Vikharabad Police Station, Vikharabad district, registered for the offence punishable under section 302 read with section 34 of IPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A-1, A-3 and A-4and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor [TG] appearing on behalf of the State.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail petition and contended that investigation is pending and the offence alleged against the petitioners is under section 302 read with section 34 of IPC.
4. Prima facie, keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offence and the further fact that investigation is still pending, I am
not inclined to admit the petitioners/A-1, A-3 and A-4 on bail at any rate at this stage.
4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand disposed of.
