THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION Nos. 6541, 6542, 6544, 6561, 6584, 6618, 6642, 6652, 6663, 6664, 6669, 6674 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. The grievance of the petitioners in these writ petitions is under the Registration Act with regard to actions/inactions of the registering authority. The issue involved in these Writ Petitions was already considered in detail by the Full Bench of this Court in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 23.12.2015. Further, W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and batch dated 29.01.2016 was already disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court, wherein at paragraph No.4 various directions were issued while reiterating the directions of the Full Bench in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 23.12.2015.

3. In terms of the order of the Division Bench in W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and batch, dated 29.01.2016, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. Office to append a copy of the order in W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and batch dated 29.01.2016.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
