THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1931 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.261 of 2014 on the file of Shameerpet Police Station, Cyberabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police filed final report referring the matter pertains to civil case. Therefore, no further orders need to be passed as the proceedings were closed.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
