Challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking action in spite of registering FIR No.594 of 2016 on 12.11.2016, the present writ petition is filed.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home produced before this Court a copy of the final report dated 15.12.2016 filed by the police. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate legal proceedings, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
