This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not proceeding with the investigation in relation to FIR No.277 of 2012, dt.03.05.2012, registered under Sections 420, 406, 506, 120(b), 34 IPC and 156(3) Cr.P.C., against respondents 4 and 5.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on 09.08.2019, final report has been submitted before the II ACMM Court vide S.R.No.4004/2019, dt.09.08.2019; and that the petitioner without going through the facts and circumstances, filed this writ petition with baseless allegations against respondents 1 to 3. In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. If notice is not served on the petitioner, the concerned officer is to serve copy of the final report on the petitioner. It is also open for the petitioner avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
