This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr No.24 of 2010 on the file of Thoguta Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 r/w 34 IPC.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed charge sheet before the concerned court on 28.04.2011, which is numbered as C.C.No.221 of 2011.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above crime number.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
