Permission is accorded and accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner or the Court below in independently considering any other application, the result of which can fetch a reduction in the maintenance amount.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand dismissed. No costs.
