Despite the matter posted under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation for the petitioner/A6, who is Senior Assistant in the Education Department. He moved anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in crime No.60 of 2018 of Central Crime Station PS, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC and Sections 7 & 13(1)(d) r/w 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act.

Heard learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material on record.

A perusal of the record no way entitles the petitioner to the concession of bail even on merits.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, which is without prejudice to the future entitlement of the regular bail if any.
