On 04.01.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioners represented that the client has taken away the bundle. 2.

Notice was ordered to the Petitioners and the same was served upon petitioners on 17.07.2017. When the matter was listed on 19.12.2017, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioners and the matter is listed under the caption of for dismissal today. Even today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not showing interest in prosecuting the matter.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. 4.
