HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.866 OF 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C., challenging the order, dated 04.02.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.4081 of 2018 in C.C.No.90 of 2018 on the file of the XII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

During the course of hearing, the only prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the concerned Magistrate to conclude the trial in C.C.No.90 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.

In the light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned XII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, shall commence and conclude the trial in C.C.No.90 of 2018 on his file, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving any unnecessary adjournments.

With the above direction, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
