Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that on completion of investigation in the instant crime, charge sheet was laid and the same was assigned C.C.No.166 of 2016 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
