THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.383 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in insisting the petitioner to settle the civil disputes with the third respondent instead of accepting the bond as directed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.4223 of 2016, dated 28.03.2016, in Crime No.51 of 2016. In the face of the said allegation, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Station House Officer on 06.02.2017 and furnish a bond for Rs.10.00 lakhs and surety for the likesum to his satisfaction as per the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.4223 of 2016, dated 28.03.2016.

Now, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner appeared and furnished the bond and it was accepted. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Police are entitled to continue the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2016 in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.
