Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.5 to survey the land of the petitioner in Survey No.324, situated at Gandlakunta Village, Peddavangra Mandal, Mahabubabad District, with police protection, and to comply with the directions issued by the respondent No.3 vide R.C.No.D/453/2021, dated 18.05.2021.

Having regard to the fact that a Survey Notice has already been issued by the authority concerned on 07.07.2021, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the authority concerned to complete the survey and fix the boundaries of the subject land, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before undertaking any survey, the authority concerned shall put the adjacent landowners on notice, and take into account the work memos, if any, filed by any of the parties. It is also made clear that if any police aid is necessary to complete the survey, the same shall be

extended by the concerned Station House Officer, upon the request that may be made by the respondent No.5.
