Ashok Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant/husband, addressed letter dated 27.04.2016 to the registry stating that his client informed him by way of letter dated 23.04.2016 that he does not wish to pursue the matter and requested him to withdraw this case.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
