None appeared even today when the matter is taken up. Since the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', I am not inclined to adjourn the matter any further. Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
