HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.16452 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of respondent No.5 in registering the crime against respondent Nos.6 and 7 on the complaint, dated 06.3.2019, of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent No.5 to register the complaint of the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed before the Court the written instructions, dated 05.8.2019, wherein it is stated that the complaint dated 04.8.2019 lodged by the petitioner has been registered and the allegation of the petitioner that he gave a complaint dated 06.3.2019 is denied.

In view of the same, since the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
