THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16460 OF 2019 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner is that though 11 KV electricity line is already existing in front of his house bearing H.No.3252/A, Naya Nagar, Kodad, Suryapet District, ignoring the same, the official respondents, at the instance of the 7th respondent, are trying to lay 33 KV line in front of his house by changing the lining, which will affect the ingress and aggress of the petitioner. As such, petitioner made a representation to the 5th respondent on 08.07.2019, but the respondents, without passing any orders on the said representation, are going ahead with laying of 33 KV line in front of petitioner's house. Hence, this Writ Petition.

2. Heard both sides and perused the record.

3. Having considered the rival submissions and the facts and circumstances of case, the 5th respondent is directed to consider petitioner's representation, dated 08.07.2019, received by the office of the 5th respondent on 12.07.2019, and take action within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law. Till disposal of representation, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained by the parties.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this case, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
