Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

The petitioners, who are wife and son of Late Sri D. Venkat Rao, allege that said Venkat Rao died on 14.10.2015, while he was working as Cleaner in the Department of Protocal, Hyderabad. They allege that Venkat Rao was survived by his wife, son and two daughters. The 1st petitioner, wife of Venkat Rao, submitted representation on 18.01.2016 to the Director of Department of Protocol, the 2nd respondent, to provide employment to her son on compassionate grounds. The grievance of the petitioners is that even though their claim is valid and though they are suffering on account of untimely demise of the breadwinner, so far no decision is taken by the authorities, in spite of making the said representation.

Having regard to the fact that the representation, dated 18.01.2016, is submitted by the petitioner, followed by another representation, dated 21.06.2016, furnishing all the required documents as sought for by the Additional Director, Department of Protocol, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representations, dated 18.01.2016 and 21.06.2016, and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
