HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.16456 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of respondent No.4 in registering the crime against respondent Nos.5 to 7 on the complaint, dated 30.7.2019, of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent No.4 to register the complaint of the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed before the Court the written instructions, dated 05.8.2019, wherein it is stated that the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been registered. In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
