THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.4372 of 2012 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the writ petition has been resolved during the pendency of the writ petition and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

2. In view of the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
