SKK,J Crl.P_15527_2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the Order dated 14.09.2016 in Crl.R.P.No. 40 of 2016 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar and modify the order dated 17.08.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 2345 of 2016 in Cr.No.228 of 2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jadcherla.

Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record, I find no grounds in the present petition to interfere with the Order dated 14.09.2016 in Crl.R.P.No. 40 of 2016 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar and also the order dated 17.08.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 2345 of 2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jadcherla in connection with Cr.No.228 of 2016.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of any merit, and the same is accordingly, dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
