Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus by declaring action of the Respondents particularly, the action of the Respondents in issuing the proceedings in T.G.O.O. No.92/CGM/A.IS & ERP) 2015 dated 10.06.2015 through which a list of candidates who are treated as Andhra Pradesh was shown in the website of the 2nd Respondent by holding such unilateral allocation of the Petitioner to the residuary State of Andhra Pradesh without any basis, violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of the very guidelines issued by the 1st Respondent as arbitrary, illegal, unfair, unconstitutional and contrary to the very spirit of the A.P.

Re-organisation Act, 2014 and consequently, direct the respondent to retain and continue the Writ Petitioner in the same post in the State of Telangna under the jurisdiction of the 3rd Respondent with all consequential benefits. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.G.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Energy for the State of Telangana appearing for the 1st respondent.

It is stated that this Court in similar circumstances granted interim suspension of the impugned orders in W.P.No.16504 of 2015 and batch, dated 12-6-2015.

In view of the above, there shall be interim suspension of the

impugned order dated 10.06.2015. The respondents shall not give effect to the impugned order.
