The prayer in this Writ Petition is with regard to medical invalidation, which was considered by the District Collector and hence the petitioner is not pressing the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

However, with regard to making compassionate appointment under the quota, the concerned authorities shall take steps as expeditiously as possible preferably as and when the vacancies arise.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
