O R D E R

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities in not appointing the new Trust Board in respect of Sri Chenna Keshava and Anjaneya Swamy Temple at Molagavalli Village, Alur Mandal, Kurnool District, as per notification dated 13.08.2008, issued by the 2nd respondent.

This Court granted interim order on 31.07.2009 directing the respondents to consider appointing of new Trust Board in respect of Sri Chenna Keshava and Anjaneya Swamy Temple at Molagavalli Village, Alur Mandal, Kurnool District, as per notification dated 13.08.2008, issued by the 2nd respondent within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

Heard both sides.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated that interim order passed on 31.07.2009 has been complied with and the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication. Recording the aforesaid submission, since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
