ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the order, dated 19.04.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.18 of 2016 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mahabubnagar.

2. At the hearing, Mr.J.Janaki Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to his client to avail any other legal remedy available to him in law.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.22046 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
