Sri P.Varaprasad Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 13.10.2015 to the registry stating that he has been instructed to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of its grievance in accordance with law. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
