THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.13015 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed aggrieved by the action of the Mandal Revenue Officer, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in interfering with the construction of the petitioner in plot Nos.73 and 74 in Survey Nos.44, 57 and 58 of Old Bowenpally Village, Ranga Reddy District. No interim orders were granted in the matter and no counter-affidavit has been filed till date.

As more than a decade has elapsed, this Court is not inclined to entertain and adjudicate this matter on merits at this late stage. In the event the petitioner continued with his construction activity and completed the same, it would be open to the respondent authorities to take action against him, if warranted, in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law.

With the above observation, the writ petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
