THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 27084 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition has been filed alleging that the 3rd respondent Station House Officer, Jainath Police Station has not acted on the complaints of the petitioner dated 31.07.2017 and 01.08.2017 against Respondents 4 to 9, despite the directions issued by the 2nd respondent Superintendent of Police, Adilabad to inquire into the matter and take necessary action. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) has placed on record the written instructions submitted by the Station House Officer, Jainath Police Station, wherein it has been stated that after receipt of complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No. 84 of 2017 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 506, 427 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code and investigation has been taken up. In view of the written instructions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
