HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2015 OF 2014

O R D E R

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order dated 21.08.2014 in W.P.M.P.No.25293 of 2014 in W.P.No.20163 of 2014 wherein this Court permitted the petitioner to submit fresh representation to the respondents and on such representation being made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, the petitioner made a representation on 08.09.2014, but no orders are passed by the respondents. Learned Government Pleader for Fisheries submits that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, the 1st respondent issued proceedings No.2702/C/2014 dated 23.12.2014 and the same was communicated to the petitioner.

The copy of the said proceedings is filed along with the counter filed by the 1st respondent. The counter filed by the 2nd respondent also asserts the same.

Since the respondents have already issued proceedings dated 23.12.2014 in pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on the representation made by the petitioner on 08.09.2014, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court. Hence, the contempt case is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 23.12.2014 in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
