When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by a decision of this Court in WP.No.12910 of 2019 dated 09.08.2019.

In view of the above submission, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 09.08.2019 directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 19.10.2010 submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
