The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 17.08.2015, passed in I.A.No.347 of 2015 in O.S.No.251 of 2009 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit in O.S.No.251 of 2009 was dismissed with costs on 19.12.2016.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
