THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.512 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order in O.S.No.78 of 2006 dated 24.06.2011 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chirala.

However, it is informed by the office of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chirala that O.S.No.78 of 2006 was disposed 05.08.2016. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
