THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Transfer C.M.P.No.164 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code seeking to withdraw O.S.No.274 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Medchal and transfer the same to the Court of Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar to try along with O.S.No.1028 of 2012. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file similar type of application before the District Court.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Hence, the transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
